Sunday & fall colors

We are heading out in a bit to see some of the fall colors. We were out on Saturday late afternoon & saw some great areas to take some pictures. Got some good pics of the weather & some wonderful pics of the sun's rays coming through the trees in front of us. Today we hope to get some more pics without the rain coming down in buckets.

I am relaxing after working on the lower half of our home. I have vacuumed & dusted and mopped floors and am now putting the washer & dryer through their paces. Bob worked in the yard this morning getting the lawn in shape. We are getting ready to get the flowers planted. I can't wait to see our sunflowers growing!!! We plan on putting in more flowers on the west side of the house.

Weather permitting, we are planning on heading up to check out the tulips tomorrow. We have done it before and had a great time. There are so many varieties and colors! If it is too cold, I still plan on dragging Bob out for some reconnecting time. Weekends are just too short!!!
